Troubleshooting

If the Rechargeable Digital Fotofob stops functioning (cannot display time or images), press the 'RESET' button at the back of the unit with the end of a paper clip.

If the Digital Fotofob is connected to a computer and the AutoRun Application Program does not automatically appear on the desktop,

first check to ensure that the USB cable is firmly inserted into the Digital Fotofob and to the computer.
Next, open 'My Computer' (if a PC Operation System is used) from the computer desktop and double click on the Rechargeable Digital Photo Keychain icon. The AutoRun AP should now load.

If after connecting the Digital Fotofob to the computer, the AutoRun AP dialogue box opens on the desktop but a dialogue box instructing to restart computer appears, normally this dialogue box can be closed and using the AutoRun AP can be proceeded without really restarting the computer.
In the case that ignoring the computer restart warning results in AutoRun AP not functioning, the Rechargeable Digital Fotofob should be disconnected from the computer properly and the computer should then be restarted. After restarting the computer, the Digital Fotofob should then be reconnected.

Difficulty in seeing the pictures:

If the display is too dark, change the LCD backlight settings either via the Digital Fotofob 'Setup' menu or via the AutoRun AP 'Settings' menu.
